After payment: when is the flight ticket issued?
Payment confirmation and ticket issuance are separate stages. A successful payment message does not mean the ticket is ready; ticket issuance needs its own confirmation.
After paying, the booking page may confirm successful payment while ticket processing is still underway. Once issuance is complete, it shows that the ticket is ready and offers an e-ticket download. A booking reference alone is not an issued ticket document.
If you have been charged but cannot see confirmation of ticket issuance, check the booking status and contact us in chat or call. Our team will help investigate. Do not start another purchase solely because the screen is unclear. Never send support your full bank card details or a one-time banking code.
For help with a particular ticket, contact us in chat or call us (see Contact details).
What to check after payment
- Check the current payment and ticket status on the booking page.
- If payment is confirmed and ticketing is in progress, wait for separate issuance confirmation; do not rely on a PNR alone.
- When the ticket is ready, download the e-ticket and check passenger names, dates and airports.
- If the status is unclear or you were charged without confirmation, contact us in chat or call before making another purchase.
These are the stages of the process. The current order status and ticket document confirm the outcome of an individual booking.
