Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FlyGE website (fly.ge) and services provided by LLC Fly.ge (Identification Code: 405424964), a company registered in Georgia. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. General Terms
FlyGE (fly.ge) is an online travel agency that provides flight search, comparison, and booking services. We act as an intermediary between you (the passenger) and airlines. The contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline. FlyGE facilitates the booking process and collects payment on behalf of the airline, plus applicable service fees. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
2. Booking & Payment
When you complete a booking on FlyGE, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the airline ticket(s) at the stated price. All bookings are subject to availability and airline confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express via our secure payment partner, Bank of Georgia (BOG). Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing. The total price displayed includes the base fare, airline taxes and fees, FlyGE service fee, and bank processing fee. All prices are displayed in Georgian Lari (GEL) unless otherwise indicated. You will receive a booking confirmation email with your PNR (booking reference) and e-ticket information. It is your responsibility to verify that all details in the confirmation are correct.
3. Pricing & Fees
Flight prices are dynamic and may change at any time based on airline pricing, demand, and seat availability. The price is guaranteed only upon successful completion of payment. FlyGE charges a service fee for processing your booking. This fee is non-refundable and is clearly displayed during the booking process. Bank processing fees charged by the payment provider are also non-refundable. In the rare event of a pricing error, FlyGE reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the airline and the fare type purchased. FlyGE does not independently set cancellation policies for airline tickets. To request a cancellation, contact FlyGE support at support@fly.ge or +995 525 123 320. We will process your request according to the airline's cancellation policy. If the airline approves a refund, the refund amount (minus any airline cancellation fees and non-refundable FlyGE service fees) will be returned to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 7-30 business days depending on the airline and your bank. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded except in cases required by law or the airline's own exceptions (e.g., schedule changes, flight cancellations by the airline). If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking as per the airline's policy and applicable Georgian and international aviation regulations.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for: - Providing accurate passenger information (names exactly as on travel documents, date of birth, passport/ID details). - Ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) required for your destination. - Arriving at the airport with sufficient time before departure (recommended: 2 hours for domestic, 3 hours for international flights). - Complying with airline rules, airport regulations, and the laws of the departure, transit, and destination countries. - Checking your flight status and any schedule changes before travel. FlyGE is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documents, missed flights, visa issues, or failure to comply with airline or government requirements.
6. Luggage & Baggage
Baggage allowance is determined by the airline and fare type. The included baggage is displayed during the booking process for each fare option. Additional baggage may be purchased during the booking process or directly from the airline after booking. Excess baggage fees at the airport are typically higher than pre-purchased baggage. FlyGE is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed baggage. All baggage claims must be filed directly with the operating airline in accordance with the Montreal Convention and applicable regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlyGE acts as an intermediary and is not the airline carrier. Our liability is limited to the booking facilitation services we provide. FlyGE is not liable for: - Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines. - Denied boarding or entry to any country. - Personal injury, loss, or damage during air travel. - Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, etc.). - Technical issues or outages beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you for the affected booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Georgian law.
